When Billy Rohan left New York, the city lost a true original that cultivated skate culture with his own unique flair. Billy’s back, announcing his return with his Illumignarly video series on Theories of Atlantis, a lo-fi madness mash-up. Billy took a break from sessioning with Jahmal Williams and Quim Cardona, both gearing up for the drop of Static 4, to look back at the analog days of watching VHS skate videos at skate shops. In this three part series, Billy reflects on two parts that made an impression on him, along with one of his own. Adjust your tracking and tune in to VHS Days.
