Curious about what’s going on with 917 and the recent team changes we’ve all heard murmurs of? Us too. We met up with Alex at the park to find out how the brand weathered COVID, what his next steps are and if he still dislikes the words “homie” and “beast”. In times when everyone is hesitant to speak their mind, watching Alex express himself so honestly and bluntly is more refreshing than you might initially expect.

Got mad love for Alex and always will. But the skating game is always changing and evolving and with that being said there’s going to be fading and resolving of brands that once were great.
