Just short of ten years ago, Cyrus Bennett popped up in the New York City skate scene, and not to sound corny, but the rest is kinda history. In the last decade, Cyrus has been part of almost every New York homie video that’s worth a damn. He’s back-tail-backside-flipped up the hubba at Flushing Medows Park, and now with a sober outlook on life, Cyrus has launched Limosine Skateboards alongside Max Palmer and Logan Lara.
After years of being pestered by friends and fans for a Cyrus mix, we’re excited to finally blast this one with you all. Similar to how I perceive Cyrus’s trick selection, his mix is full of tracks that I wouldn’t have guessed (Lil Boosie and Heltah Skeltah) that somehow fit with the more expected choices (Melvins and Camping in Alaska).
Check it out below, and download it here while you can. And if you haven’t, check out Cyrus’s part in the new Limosine video.

after pulling this one off and somehow getting Heath to do one too i’m going to set my hopes up sky high. Ian Machina find Max Palmer or Wes Kremer and give them the mix treatment before it’s too late.
