We’re back with another standard episode of Shop Talk!
After walking around Huntington Beach for two days, we decided to take the trip to one of LA’s many yellow skateparks. And because our legs were tired and our hangovers were hitting us full-throttle, we returned to the classic sit-down interviews.
The locals, who regularly skate in this 100-degree LA heat, gave us a taste of how LA skaters see the world. They told us which pros they wouldn’t want to show up to a spot, who they’re putting on their imaginary board company, and what trends they’re over. It turns out the skaters in LA are way kinder than our fellow shit talkers back east.
If you want us to stop by your favorite shop or skatepark and interview the local heads, all you have to do is buy us a plane ticket and convince us it’ll be a good time. Fuck it, we’ll probably do it.
